假期後的壽司
2005年8月22日 太陽出來了
吃剩的壽司放冰箱一晚,飯粒便會變得又乾又硬,吃來如同嚼蠟。 讓壽司「重生」的方法,就是給它們泡個「蛋漿浴」,然後用慢火將它們煎軟。吃來又別有一翻風味,好一個咸魚翻生。不知是否因為我今回沒有先被壽司卷的頭頭尾尾餵飽,還是我真得喜歡這個味道,我覺得我反而比較喜歡吃這些隔夜的煎蛋壽司。
飯粒滲透著蛋香的煎蛋壽司…yummy :P
